For the past few months I have been leading a weekly laughter yoga class at a nearby senior living community. I knew I loved laughter yoga, but I had no idea how awesome it would be to bring laughter into the lives of others. It has been such an amazing experience. Here are 2 videos I created recently of some other laughter yoga classes in San Diego. One is a private laughter yoga class in a senior community, similar to the one I teach. The other is a public class held every Friday at 12:30pm in Balboa Park.
